I, even when i am depressed and need help, say, when asked "how are you", I'm fine. But i'm not!
Go around, your school, work, home, etc., and ask, "How are you," Count how many times people say, "I'm fine." and don't be shocked by the numbers. then ask yourself, how many of these people are actually fine, and how many are lying when they say that?

Okay I really need to know
If people are going to tell everyone that they're fine, how can they sit there and complain or feel sorrow over the fact no one is calling them out on the fact they're not? Yeah some people can call out on the fact that someone feels upset but for god sakes I don't see how someone can bitch and moan over the fact that someone says "I know you're not" or anything of the sort when they say they are fine. If you're sick of someone not helping you tell them you need some damn help omg.

If someone's upset about it I really don't give a fuck, but it pisses me off when people complain about the fact no one knows when they are or aren't fine. Basically everyone whose open enough to put this stamp on their profile. Like fucking hell if it upsets you fine whatever, but I think if you can be open enough with people to say you hate when it happens, etc then you can be open enough to say what the fuck is wrong.
